Sahn (the Korean word for Mountain) Taekwondo
was founded in 1994 in Summit County, operating several days a week out of the Breckenridge and Silverthorne rec centers. It has grown to include Leadville and Carbondale.

Sahn Taekwondo abides by the Tenets and the Student Oath. It is the goal of Sahn Taekwondo to help create better citizens for our communities. Taekwondo focuses on Mind, Body and Spirit.

Students learn the basic techniques of self-defense while improving balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Classes are designed to meet the needs of all ability levels.
